At iNAIL SUPPLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship Back to Us

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
